Carb Craving

Here I go, here I go, here I go again (again?)
Girls, what's my weakness? (FOOD!)

I am hungry.  Well I was until I scarfed down a bowl of steamed broccoli...my evening snack.  My head also hurts.  The lack of carbs is the cause I'm sure.  And I am okay with all of this, and I should be I have spent decades training my body's chemistry to respond to the junks I give it, now this is part of the retraining process.  This is day 3.

Day 1 & 2 involved me eating myself sick.  I am fat...morbidly obese by medical standards, so one would think I would be a pro at binging.  Well I am not.  My first two days were supposed to kick off on Saturday and Sunday.  So I indulged, and fell short of the daily 4,000 calories.  But whatever, I endeavour to soldier on.  I whipped out my manual to get on my day 3, and set the weekly menu.  Well much to my surprise and gastric horror I discovered I have done the binge wrong.  I was supposed to have taken my supplements and proprietary spray.  So what does one do when one cocks up feasting?  One feasts again.  So what should have been two days of gluttony turned into four.  By yesterday I was exhausted from eating.

Today, began with an egg and a pear.  Yep that's it.  Midmorning snack was an apple.  For lunch there was chicken a whole 3.5 oz worth with a cup of cabbage.  I brought a salad of ice-berg lettuce and cucumbers as back up.  The broccoli I packed for afternoon snack was what I just ate.  I must say that eating six meals is di-fi-cult.  

I am looking forward to day four.  Looking forward to this headache passing.  Looking forward to my chicken and grapefruit for breakfast.
